Kveik, hibiscus & coffee
The Cascara IPA is a collaboration with Fuglen Coffee Roasters Oslo. We are two small like-minded Oslo based businesses that strive to put Oslo and Norwegian culture on the map. In Tokyo, Fuglen and Oslo Brewing Co. have collaborated to create a Scandinavian & Japanese Craft beer bar called ØL. In Oslo, we are celebrating this partnership through this collaborative beer, combining expertise in coffee roasting and beer brewing.
A double “dry hopped” red IPA in collaboration with Fuglen Coffee Roasters. Cascara, hibiscus, and Hornindal kveik yeast create tropical fruit flavors balanced with light roasted coffee notes.
